Lynne Bebb

Lynne Bebb has worked extensively as an artist in education in galleries, schools and colleges. She has worked on many community-based projects, with people of all ages and abilities including those with learning difficulties.
In 1997-8 she was Artist in residence for the National Cycle Network Route 4 and organised an extensive programme of community based projects in Neath, Port Talbot and the City and County of Swansea. In 1997 she was one of four lead artists for the Millennium Coastal Park in Llanelli. In 1999 she was artist co-ordinator for 2000BANNER2000, one of Swansea's Millennium celebrations. Lynne is currently Artist in residence for the City and County of Swansea helping to develop strategic planning for the Arts in Education.
In August 2005 she and artist David Marchant led a sculpture summer school for young people. The project was based in Swansea Museum and drew on the museum's collection and aspects of the local industrial landscape to develop site-specific work.
